Shipping
We aim to get your purchases to you as soon as possible but, from time to time, we do go away (usually fishing!) So please check back for the most up-to-date shipping timelines.

Orders are sent via Australia Post.


Postage and Handling

Orders are sent via pre-paid satchels. As a guideline, for domestic orders, postage and handling is as follows:
Regular post, less than 500g = $7.50
Regular post, 500g to 3kg = $11.50
Express post, less than 500g = $10
Express post, 500g to 3kg = $13

New Zealand and Pacific
Registered Air, less than 500g = $17.50
Registered Air, 500g to 1kg = $24.50

Sizes?
Pelagic products are all standard USA sizing (including waist inch measurements for shorts) but if you are unsure, or have any questions at all, ask us!


Returns And Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase of PELAGIC products. So if something isn't right, please let us know. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise (with tags still attached please). We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style (subject to availability). If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.

To return or exchange merchandise please follow the instructions given below:


1. Please send us an email and let us know what you would like to do so that we can make sure we have appropriate stock.

For Returns:
With your original invoice or receipt, send the package back to us to our mailing address. Please allow 3-4 billing days from the day your returned package is received for your account to be credited (depending on method of payment).


For Exchanges:
With your original invoice or receipt, send the package back to us to our mailing address including a pre-paid, self addressed post satchel for the return. We'll send in-stock replacement items to you immediately and contact you if there are any additional related charges to the new items ordered.
